Overview / The creative premise
Noma brings product strategy, interface design, prototyping, and mobile development into one coherent experience. We turned complex financial actions into clear decisions and built the reusable system needed to ship across iOS and Android.

Problem
Early users relied on several disconnected tools for transfers, group savings, and personal goals. The prototype exposed too much financial language, hid important states, and created anxiety around confirmation and recovery.

We ran task-based interviews with salaried workers, freelancers, and savings groups. Behavioural mapping showed that reassurance, visible progress, and transparent fees mattered more than adding more dashboard features.

Solution
We designed a focused mobile architecture around Home, Move, Goals, and Activity, then developed a cross-platform component system with accessible states, secure authentication patterns, and clear transaction feedback.

Challenges
Trust had to survive slow networks, interrupted transfers, verification checks, and incomplete data. Design and engineering worked together on every loading, pending, failed, reversed, and successful state.
