A unified identity, journey-planning app, responsive web platform, and production-ready mobile experience that makes every way through the city feel like one connected service.

Overview / The creative premise

Morrow brings fragmented public transport, shared bikes, scooters, and electric vehicles into one calm mobility experience. We built the brand, service model, iOS and Android product, responsive launch platform, and accessible component system as one connected design-and-development programme.

01 / 13

Problem

Urban commuters were juggling separate tickets, conflicting route information, inaccessible station updates, and disconnected shared-mobility apps. Every transfer introduced uncertainty, while operators lacked one coherent way to communicate disruption and recovery.

02 / 13

Research

We combined commuter diaries, accessibility audits, station intercepts, route analytics, and operator workshops. The research revealed that confidence—not raw speed—was the strongest predictor of whether people would choose a multimodal journey.

03 / 13

Solution

We designed a recognisable mobility brand and developed a single app for planning, booking, paying, travelling, and recovering from disruption. A shared service layer keeps web, mobile, station displays, and support communications consistent in real time.

04 / 13

Challenges

The system had to reconcile data from multiple transport partners, remain useful under weak connectivity, communicate accessibility clearly, and support last-minute route changes without overwhelming the traveller.

05 / 13

Feature 01

The multimodal planner compares time, price, walking distance, accessibility, and carbon impact, then explains each transfer in a simple step-by-step route.

06 / 13

Feature 02

One mobility pass combines public transit and shared vehicles, with transparent limits, live balance, receipts, and quick recovery when a tap or unlock fails.

07 / 13

Feature 03

Live journey mode keeps the next action, platform, transfer window, disruption status, and accessible alternative visible without forcing the traveller to re-plan from scratch.

08 / 13

Feature 04

An accessibility layer exposes step-free routes, lift status, walking gradients, audio guidance, tactile-wayfinding support, and extra transfer time as first-class planning controls.

09 / 13

Feature 05

The operations system turns service data into clear passenger messages across the app, web, station screens, email, and support tools while preserving one consistent tone.

10 / 13

Feature 06

A production-ready React Native component system gives design and engineering shared tokens, states, motion rules, accessibility behaviour, and documented patterns for future routes and partners.

Key Takeaways

Designing the identity, service, interface, and application architecture together made the experience more trustworthy. Morrow proves that complex mobility can feel calm when every touchpoint shares one product model.
